Imad Hamad Biography

After an M&A between RSW Group and Imad's R&D Center in 2006, Imad was mandated as Vice President for Business Development within RSW International. Utilizing his knowledge and experience in the design, development, realization and project management in a multiple of technologically advanced sectors of engineering, he successfully concluded strategic large scale projects. in 2007, Imad was mandated by the Board of Directors to lead the Hydrokinetic Energy Recovery Turbine (TREK) R&D Project. The TREK development is a breakthrough technology that was successfully installed in river operation since August 2010 and the is the first North America Grid Connected with the World's highest overall water to wire efficiency. Imad completed his Bachelor’s degree in electro mechanical engineering with an emphasis on Research and Development from the Leonardo Da Vinci School of Brussels, Belgium and a Masters of Science Degree equivalence from the University of Toronto, Canada.
